Two-year and three-year scholarships are awarded based strictly on merit, to the most outstanding students who apply.Īrmy ROTC Green to Gold Scholarship Program If you missed the scholarship opportunity in high school, ROTC scholarship opportunities are available on campus. Campus-based scholarships pay for tuition and fees (it does not pay for flight fees), a monthly stipend for 10 months, and a book allowance each semester. On-campus scholarships are awarded after a student has enrolled in Army ROTC and applied for and qualified for the scholarship. If a high school senior is awarded a four-year or three-year Advanced Designee scholarship while still in high school, they will receive room and board assurance money from Embry-Riddle that will activate when the scholarship goes into effect. High school seniors are encouraged to apply for the Army ROTC four-year scholarship through the national selection process. If you are an incoming freshman, you may qualify for a full-tuition scholarship to attend Embry-Riddle Prescott. The monthly allowance is currently $300 for freshmen, $350 for sophomores, $450 for juniors, and $500 for seniors. In addition, contracted cadets (scholarship and non-scholarship) receive a monthly allowance. Army ROTC Scholarships at Embry-Riddle are worth approximately $29,000 annually and cover tuition, educational fees, and $1,200 per year for books.
